Week 2 and 3...Almost Halfway There!!!

Greetings My Loyal Soldiers!!!

Hard to believe that almost 3 weeks are already done. Three more to go! I wish I could tell you that it has been a piece of cake for it has been more like a roller coaster ride. One day you feel pretty good and the next day not so much. The worst is the exhaustion. It is very hard to explain because it is like no other kind of tiredness I have ever experienced. Christopher doesn’t understand when I get so mad that I am tired. What he doesn’t realize is that I am basically a nosy person and feel that I am missing something when I am sleeping!! Food too has become a bit of an issue, but I am really not complaining about that because dropping a few pounds would be a good thing! Hell of a way to do it, but again who’s complaining? Not I!!!
I am so overwhelmed and honored that there are so many members or rather soldiers on my blog. God must be saying about now, “Who is this Tricia? Ok, ok, I am listening!”. Thank you all for your love and support.
Take care,
Tricia

  1. Well you sound great! Happy to hear that...I was trying to think of things that are easy for you to eat, probably not peanut brittle, but save it for when the mouth heals up! Kelly says to gargle with salt water too, heals faster! Your doing great Pat, keep up the good work!!! xoxox

  3. Ha! Laura Ruth calls that FOMS: Fear of Missing Something. I am guilty of that, too. I'm going to tell you what I tell the homebound, and nursing-home bound folks--that their quiet praying is the REAL activity in the world, the rest of us just look busy.

And this homebound-ness you suffer from is temporary, temporary, temporary. There's nothing going on out here that needs your attention. Your sleepiness is your gift from God right now--how God will heal you. Don't reject it.

    love you!

  4. By now you, you have most likely reached the halfway point. Almost done!
I do believe that God is listening to each of the quiet prayers and shouts of joy on your behalf.
    You are in our thoughts.

  5. I think you should designate a couple of sentries to be your not-so-secret spies...giving them missions to be nosy on your behalf and then report back to you at regular intervals! ;)
